What you need:
Most subscribers buy the General (GEN) book, regardless of their
geographical location. It contains regulations of general
applicability to all marine fisheries, as well as regulations
covering international fisheries, endangered and threatened
species, and national marine sanctuaries.
They then add the one book that covers the geographical area in
which they are operating, e.g., NE/MA or SA/C/G.
Only those with a particular interest in marine mammals and
whaling use the Administrative (ADM) book.
Thus a typical subscriber, working in the New England area, would
order one (1) General (GEN) book, and one (1) New
England/Mid-Atlantic book.
Review the material under CONTENTS, above, if you have questions
about the book or books applicable to your needs.
