GENERAL DESCRIPTION

We offer an electronic version of our Federal Marine Fisheries service (regulations from Titles 15, 46, and 50, C.F.R.).  The service covers all Federal marine fisheries on the Atlantic Coast (Maine to Florida), in the Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico (Florida to Texas), on the Pacific Coast (California to Alaska), and the Western Pacific Ocean.

The product is shipped on one CD for the PC. Minimum system requirements are: IBM compatible PC, 386 or higher processor; Windows 3.1 or higher; 5 mb hard disk space.

DEMO

A demonstration consisting of 50 C.F.R., Part 635 is available for download (330 KB) by clicking here or at the Home Page. Once you have downloaded and installed the demo, try out the following features:

(1) Contents. Click on any Part or Subpart in the left-hand frame to jump to that part.

(2) Jumps.  After selecting Part 635 Subpart A, click on Section 635.3 and scan through paragraph (d) for the reference to "635.32." Click on the text "635.32" to jump immediately to that section.

(3) Pop-up definitions. Go to Section 635.  Click on the text "Weighout Slips" in paragraph (a)(2), and see the appropriate definition from Section 635.2 appear.

(4) Index. Click on the Index tab in the left-hand frame.  All sections and keywords are listed for quick reference.

(5) Search. Click on the Search tab in the left-hand frame.  Enter a word or words and click on [List Topics].

UPDATE INFORMATION

Supplement (update) frequency:

On the 5th of every month, we mail a new CD, containing the complete text of regulations covered in the service. You simply install the new disks and your regulations are updated and current. Any notes or annotations you may have made will be retained.

PRICES

This price is effective as of April 1, 2009.  All prices include shipping. There are no additional charges.

The cost per year is $150.00 per year.

There is a $50.00 additional charge per workstation using the service at the same site (if networked).
